Not the real thing, but thank Google for some of the images on my site. Ginger infused water is great (if you like the delicious taste of ginger) for losing weight or staying healthy.
You will need:
- 1 Liter of water
- A few pieces of ginger, sliced
- Boil the water and the ginger together in a pot to infuse the water with the ginger.
- Let the ginger-infused water cool down.
- Drink 1 liter of the ginger-infused water each day to help your body lose weight and stay healthy.
